Where is the service being offered?
Digital files are available for sale worldwide.
The service can be used in every country and printed products can be ordered and delivered as follows: United States, Europe, Canada, South & Central America, Asia, Middle East, North & South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
*Currently don't ship to Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, and Cuba
Shipment Period
Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 9 to 12 days.
In most cases, the product is being manufactured and shipped locally, but in some cases items are shipped internationally, therefore the order may be delayed while crossing the border, according to the local customs regulation.
Which payment options do you offer?
You can choose to pay with either PayPal or credit/debit cards.
If the customer purchased a digital file, how does it get?
The customer will get a link in the purchase confirmation email, using this link you will be able to download the digital file together with its usage license agreement.
Where are the products manufactured?
It depends on your customer's location, we manufacture and ship the products from a few different print hubs worldwide.
Refund Policy
If the order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, the customer can contact us to return it within 7days of the delivery date. We will investigate and if relevant, will refund them for the damaged or defective items, or replace them at our discretion.
